Healing Studio Services
*All services are In-Person or via Telehealth – by appointment*
Initial Phone Consultation: A quick phone consultation is available to inquire about services, scheduling and modes of treatment. There is no fee for this initial consultation.
Intake Session: An Intake session occurs at the beginning of treatment – after the client has consented, completed paperwork, and agreed to begin therapy. This first session has a slightly higher fee as administrative tasks are necessary before and after the first session occurs. What you can expect at this session is to talk about your history, ask / answer questions – and tell your story – what brings you to treatment. At the close of this session, you will have identified your goals – and ongoing scheduling is determined if you want to proceed.
Art Therapy: Art is healing, and can be a part of any session as appropriate. Clients do not have to be artistic to benefit from Art Therapy. It is a non-verbal mode of expression – and can be powerful. In a virtual “Telehealth” session, the client provides their own materials. In an office/studio session, the therapist provides materials for art therapy. Various tasks can be offered – such as drawing, painting, collage, mixed media, sculpture, clay work. Sessions can be structured to encourage emotion exploration, self-expression, and insight.
Individual Therapy: Individual therapy sessions are conducted with one person – the client – as the focus of treatment. Individual sessions are facilitated with the client and therapist present. Individual sessions conducted for children and adolescents often involve a brief “check in” and “wrap up” at the beginning and end of session. Art therapy practices are offered in Individual sessions as appropriate.
Family Therapy: Family Sessions are conducted with multiple people in a family as the focus of treatment – and can include couples, parents, parents and children or extended family members and others – if needed. The identified client for family sessions is the person who sought treatment. Family sessions usually have both the identified client and family members present – but can be conducted with – or without – the identified client present (if this is deemed clinically necessary). Family therapy sessions are generally 50 minutes and have a slightly higher fee due to their complexity. Longer duration sessions are offered if this better meets the needs of the client. Art Therapy practices are offered in Family sessions as appropriate.
Professional Workshops / Mentoring / Supervision: Mentoring and ATR / LPC Supervision is available for professionals seeking credentialing. Please contact me for more information about these services and scheduling.

- Group Therapy- 55 minutes =$55 per person
- Individual Session- 60 minutes =$100
- Intake Session- 60 minutes =$125
- Family Session- 50 minutes =$125
- Couples Session- 50 minutes =$125
- 30-minute Session =$65
- 45-minute Session =$85
- Extended Sessions =$50 per 30 minutes add-on
Groups and Workshops are “to be announced” when offered.
Clients are only billed for services delivered (or Missed Appointment fees when applicable per Attendance Policy). Feel free to ask if you have any questions about services and fees!
Methods of Payment: All fees are due at time of service. Services are self-pay / out of network / Debit and Credit cards accepted using a secure payment method. If you have an Out-of-Network Benefit – a Statement or Superbill can be provided upon request.
- Healing Studio is not a Crisis Service, if you are in crisis – please call 988 or 911 or present at the nearest emergency room.
- Healing Studio does not provide Medications.
- Healing Studio does not provide Step-Down services from higher Levels of Care (IPMH, RTF, Rehab).
- Healing Studio does not provide Substance Use Services.
- Healing Studio does not provide Custody Evaluations or treat issues specific to separation, divorce, custody, family court.
- Healing Studio does not provide Court Mandated or Forensic Services.
